NDCCITMA LAUNCHES INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP SCHEME

The Niger Delta Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Trade, Mines, and Agriculture (NDCCITMA) has officially launched its Investment Partnership Scheme, a strategic initiative aimed at revitalizing grassroots enterprises across the region. The scheme is designed to provide funding and start-up capital to nano, micro, small, and medium-scale businesses, thereby strengthening the foundation of local economic growth.

Speaking at the launch, the Chairman of NDCCITMA, Ambassador Idaere Gogo-Ogan, expressed profound appreciation to the NDDC Management, led by Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, for their strong collaboration and support. He emphasized that the initiative will empower entrepreneurs to scale their operations, generate employment opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to poverty reduction in the Niger Delta. He further noted that NDCCITMA is well-positioned to serve as a catalyst for sustainable business growth, driving trade, investment, and entrepreneurship in the region.

Also speaking, the NDDC Director of Commercial and Industrial Development, Mrs. Lyna Okara, commended the Commission’s leadership for its commitment to fostering business development. She encouraged entrepreneurs to take full advantage of the scheme to expand and sustain their businesses.

In her remarks, Mrs. Olalek Rasheed, representing SMEDAN, advised beneficiaries to maintain proper documentation and ensure that funds are utilized strictly for their intended purposes to achieve optimal impact.
