NDCCITMA CELEBRATES IWD 2026, EMPOWERS WOMEN ACROSS THE NIGER DELTA

The Niger Delta Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Trade, Mines and Agriculture (NDCCITMA) commemorated the 2026 International Women’s Day (IWD) with a landmark empowerment programme spearheaded by the Chamber’s female directors, marking a significant step toward advancing women’s economic inclusion in the region.
The event, themed “Give to Gain,” focused on strengthening women-led businesses across the Niger Delta through digital literacy, capacity building, and improved access to global markets. Special emphasis was placed on the inclusion and advancement of grassroots women entrepreneurs.
As part of the celebration, participants benefited from impactful knowledge-sharing sessions, practical business insights, and empowerment support packages designed to enhance value addition and business growth.
