The Niger Delta Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Trade, Mines and Agriculture (NDCCITMA) commemorated the 2026 International Women’s Day (IWD) with a landmark empowerment programme spearheaded by the Chamber’s female directors, marking a significant step toward advancing women’s economic inclusion in the region.
The event, themed “Give to Gain,” focused on strengthening women-led businesses across the Niger Delta through digital literacy, capacity building, and improved access to global markets. Special emphasis was placed on the inclusion and advancement of grassroots women entrepreneurs.
